As Lead Designer of the U.S. division of MCI USA, a global engagement marketing agency, I managed the end-to-end design and execution of all marketing collateral, ensuring cohesive brand representation across platforms. This included ad campaigns, environmental design, event signage, digital assets, print materials, pitch decks, and promotional videos. I collaborated closely with leadership and stakeholders across marketing, sales, events, and global teams to align creative work with strategic goals, maintaining brand integrity while delivering impactful designs that drove business engagement. My role demanded meticulous adherence to brand standards and adaptability across diverse media and business units.
During a company-wide brand refresh, I led the development and rollout of all assets for the U.S. division, ensuring consistent application across a range of deliverables including business cards, merchandise, advertisements, and internal templates. I executed new environmental branding for our Washington D.C. and Virginia offices, managing the design, vendor coordination, and on-site installation. This comprehensive rollout received high praise from the global CEO during an in-person visit, underscoring the impact and cohesion of the new brand experience across key locations.
