Project Description

I was tasked with translating a logo designed by our team into a full printed program for this annual event that brings together over 1,000 biology educators and professionals from across the nation. My role encompassed the asset buildout, printer coordination, and project management.

I was provided with a logo that represented the location of Indiannapolis, Indiana and the well-known Indy 500 race. I created a full branding to accompany this logo across various digital and print platforms to maintain a unified brand presence. I created the 80-page program guide, a complex document that showcased the conference’s schedule and sessions. The program balanced functionality with design, ensuring clarity and visual appeal for attendees.
